Privacy Policy & GDPR Information

In accordance with Article 13 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (General Data Protection Regulation - GDPR), we inform you that:

1. Data Controller

The Administrator of your personal data is the Lublin Academy of Concord, with its registered office at Abramowicka 2, 20-442 Lublin, Poland.

2. Data Protection Officer

The Administrator has appointed a Data Protection Officer (Inspektor Ochrony Danych), who can be contacted regarding all matters related to the processing of personal data via email: iod@lac.edu.pl.

3. Purpose of Processing

Your personal data will be processed for the following purposes:

• Conducting the recruitment process for studies;
• Documentation of the course of studies;
• Performance of contracts concluded with the University;
• Fulfillment of legal obligations imposed on the Administrator (e.g., reporting to the POL-on system).

4. Data Retention

Your personal data will be stored for the period necessary to achieve the objectives referred to in point 3, and thereafter for the period and to the extent required by the provisions of generally applicable law (in particular the Law on Higher Education and Science and the Act on National Archival Resources).

5. Your Rights

You have the right to access your data, rectify it, delete it ("right to be forgotten"), limit processing, transfer data, and object to processing.
